Who doesn’t love an AGM or annual general meeting?
After the brief formalities on Thurs 7 Feb there are drinks and an annual dinner.
If the breakfasts at the monthly morning Constructing Excellence Croydon Club (CECC) meet-ups are anything to go by, I’m looking forward to that.
What can you expect? More than 100 people were at last year’s get-together, according to the event description.
CECC – I have been a member of for the past 18 months or so – is one branch of a nationwide organisation.
Constructing Excellence has local clubs throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Constructing Excellence is a platform from which to stimulate, debate and drive much needed in the Construction sector – website
CECC organises regular breakfast networking, site visits and other events including a Christmas lunch in early December.
Here’s a blog of mine in which I mention a site visit to Sutton organised by CECC:
Timber! Construction gets inventive: MultiPly, climate change, Cornwall, #bmcreativeplaces
(After a more recent site visit at Lewisham College — nothing to do with CECC that one — I added a post on LinkedIn including a brief video.)
